Personal Trainer - Guylaine NadeauOriginally from Montreal, Guylaine has always been very active, from track & field to soccer, baseball, football, hockey, to modern dance; she tried every sport out there and more! After high school, she trained full time for 5 years and finally started working as a professional dancer for young, up-and-coming Choreographers. After working for a few years she suffered an injury that forced her to leave her career as a dancer. At this point she decided to travel for a few months to help clear her mind and decide what to do next...

After six months of traveling in Central America, she met her future husband; a Vancouverite and decided to move to Vancouver for the next chapter of her life! It is here in this beautiful, healthy city that she decided to follow the path of becoming a Personal Trainer.

Guylaine strongly believes that "everybody around us benefits from being healthier... "Being fit is the first step towards being happy in every other areas of our life. Our physical health directly influences our mental and emotional health and taking care of our body gives us strength, boosts our self esteem and makes us all beautiful, inside and out!

Her area of focus is Motivating and Supporting adults in adopting a healthy lifestyle, managing everyday stress and maintaining or reaching an optimum weight. She believes that in life nothing is free, and you have to work hard to achieve your goals, but it is possible! Her clients are people from all ages and level of fitness who are looking for guidance, support, motivation and knowledge; anybody aiming at living a healthier life!

Guylaine is a certified Third Age and Pre- and Post-Natal fitness trainer.
